Personalized Items

Cancel order
If work has not started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. Request a cancellation within: 12 hour of purchase.
To initiate a return please click on your order confirmation e-mail and contact us engraviohub@gmail.com (you will get a reply within 12 hours during regular business hours).
Change something
It is possible to change (delivery address / personalized text / size / style etc.) before the item is shipped. Once you have received the tracking number, it is impossible to change something.
Replace or return order
- We will definitely replace the defective or incorrect products with one that meets the original order. Customer has 24 hours from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product; and a free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer!
- In other cases, items with your personalization can be returned, but the return amount will be 30% of the total cost + delivery costs are not refundable.

The customer has forteen (14) days from the day of delivery to return the item(s). The Product must be in resalable condition and new - meaning not have been used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
